This is a brand new lock cylinder made for an ARE LSII, LSX, LSX ultra fiberglass tonneau cover. It will work for newer ARE Z-series fiberglass truck caps. This cylinder installs into ARE's plastic molded palm handle assembly you use to open and close the cover. If you're lock cylinder does not look like the one shown in all the images, please do not purchase this. To confirm this part will work on your ARE brand product send over your serial number.

PLEASE READ THIS CAREFULLY! IF YOU HAVE A LOCK CYLINDER CURRENTLY INSTALLED IN YOUR ARE LSII, LSX OR Z-SERIES THAT YOU PLAN TO REPLACE WITH THIS PART IT CAN NOT BE REMOVED WITHOUT A MASTER KEY, A LOCKSMITH OR CAREFULLY DRILLING IT OUT. IF YOU CAN NOT REMOVE THE OLD CYLINDER THIS ONE WILL BE USELESS TO YOU. WE ARE NOT ALLOWED TO SELL MASTER KEYS USED IN THE REMOVAL OF OLD LOCK CYLINDERS.
