READ FULL DESCRIPTION! A.R.E. USES SEVERAL DIFFERENT HANDLES THAT ALL LOOK VERY SIMILAR WITH VERY DIFFERENT FITMENTS. DO NOT ORDER UNLESS YOU ARE SURE IT IS CORRECT. WE CAN VERIFY FITMENT WITH YOUR A.R.E. SERIAL NUMBER.

This is the complete kit needed to make an ARE Z-series truck cap function with the keyless entry feature. The part number of this complete kit is PA-16828W
This kit is made up of ARE part numbers:
  • PA-16828 consisting of complete handle assembly with keyless entry motor, latch cables and 2 cable crimps;
  • PA16016-001 field cord that plugs into the back of the handle assembly;
  • Part #21026-003 wire harness connecting field cord to ARE junction box;
  • Part #21750junction box; and
  • Part #21749-001 wiring harness that connects truck cap junction box the trucks wiring harness at the door lock/unlock wire locations.
This is a complete kit and one works on ARE Z-series fiberglass caps. Please verify fitment prior to making any purchase of this item. Send over your ARE cap's serial number for verification purposes.
